Taken at the Norman Medieval Faire over the weekend. It was a beautiful day, I got my first sunburn of the year, and – no kidding – saw at least four people with this exact hairstyle, in this exact color. It must be a new thing all the kids are doing.

That’s awesome. You said it perfectly. It’s been a long time since I knew anyone who looked or dressed like this, but I feel like I can say with a great deal of certainty that many (not all, but many) of them were almost completely unremarkable in every other way. I always had to wonder if it was worth the time and effort it took.
