Yesterday he brings one home, sets it down on the counter and says, "You know, you should water your bell peppers tonight. I was reading this article in your Gazette and the guy who wrote it said ..." And I immediately stopped him and shouted, "MY FRIEND NATHAN WROTE THAT! THAT'S THE GUY YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT, ISN'T THAT COOL?!?!?" My husband looked at me with a face that fell somewhere between 'I've married the biggest dork on Earth' and 'My wife has officially gone off the deep end' and said, "That's nice, honey.
